Our barn can accommodate up to 400 seated meeting participants and with prices from DKK 225 per person.
We help you plan all aspects of your conference and come up with suggestions for exciting meeting breaks and activities.
We work with several hotels in the area, all of which are less than 10 minutes' drive from the estate.
Of course, we have free parking and access to wi-fi for all meeting participants.
The food is prepared and served with love
We take great pride in making homemade food. This means that the food is made from scratch using carefully selected ingredients.
It is of great importance to us to give our guests and conference participants an experience out of the ordinary.
At Engestofte we work dedicatedly to make food of the best quality, therefore the menu primarily consists of fresh and organic ingredients of the season.

Half day meeting
A half-day meeting with us can either be a morning meeting with breakfast or an afternoon meeting with lunch.
Breakfast with rolls, cheese, jam and fresh fruit. Or lunch with a beer/water. Ice water and coffee/tea during the meeting.
From DKK 345 for a minimum of 40 people.
Day meeting
Breakfast with bread, cheese, jam and fresh fruit.
Lunch plate or smørrebrød with a beer/water or a glass of wine.
Afternoon refreshments. Coffee, tea and iced water all day.
From DKK 575 for a minimum of 40 people.
All-day meeting
Breakfast with bread, cheese, jam and fresh fruit.
Lunch plate or smørrebrød with a beer/water or a glass of wine.
Afternoon refreshment.
2 course menu.
